Beloved father of Jozlyn Fulmer. Stepfather of Brent Kennedy. Husband of Renea Fulmer. Dear brother of John C. (Mary) Fulmer. Also survived by niece Alyssa Fulmer and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by parents John H. and Marilyn Fulmer and sister Jackie Fulmer.
