Gilda Jo Miller (nee Barney), age 72 of Brownstown, passed away Monday, July 22, 2019.
Born on January 22, 1947 in Beckley, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Frances Barney. Beloved wife of James Miller for 54 years. Dearest mother of Gilda Halawani and Kitty Marie (Emilio) Halawani. Beloved grandmother to Samir (Melodee) and Jaclyn Halawani. Great grandmother to Vincent and two twins on the way, Roman and Rayne Halawani. She is survived by her brother Joseph A. Barney and sister Patricia K. Blair of Beckley, West Virginia, many nieces and nephews and her extended family through The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and her beloved cats Paizana and Suntina (Flash). Preceded in death by one brother, David R. Barney.
