Obituary of Rose C. Pagano
January 20, 1929 – November 29, 2018
Rose C. Pagano. Age 89 of Wyandotte.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph Pagano. Loving mother of Joseph (Sharon) Pagano, Paul (Rob) Pagano, Emalie (Lee) Shifflett, the late Gaetano Pagano and daughter-in-law Debbie (James) Grabowski. Dearest grandmother of Joseph (Donna), Gregory (Amelia), Anthony (LaChanae) Pagano, Antoinette Strong, Jennifer Pagano, Matthew (Amber) & Stephanie (Shelby) Grabowski, Roger (Liza), Aaron (Autumn) and Samuel Shifflett. Proud great grandmother of Ryan, Malaina, Jacob, Joey, Isabelle, Mariella, Hailey, Anthony (AJ), Leigha, Sophia, Isabella, and coming soon Ada.
Since she was so giving, we are asking in lieu of flowers to please give to the American Heart Association in her memory.
FAMILY TRIBUTE
Loving and caring wife and Mother. She worked with her brother at his meat market after she graduated high school and then was a homemaker raising her 4 children. Rose was an active and committed member of the church community and the Downriver Italian-American club. She enjoyed helping and participating at many festivals and went to many events they had. She also belonged to a bunco club, played cards every Friday evening with family & friends, and was active in her church of St. Vincent Pallotti (Every Tuesday Novena was her devotion). She was always willing to help anyone whether a family member or not.
Rose loved cooking meals for her family and playing cards with her children and grandchildren. She loved teaching them new games, but her favorite was the card game canasta hand & foot.
