Diane “Dee” Courtney. Age 81 of Riverview.
Beloved wife of the late John “Fred” Courtney. Loving mother of Cynthia (Jerry) Vallade and the late Michael Courtney. Dearest grandmother of Liz, Brent, and Jerry Vallade. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.Dear sister of Loreen Lengyel and the late Majorie Jones.
Dee was born and raised in Wyandotte. She was baptized and raised in St. Stephens Episcopal Church and she always enjoyed her church family throughout her life. She worked for Security Bank and Trust for 27 years. Dee was also a part of the Ladies Auxiliary at Wyandotte Hospital.
Memorials appreciated to St. Stephens Episcopal Church or the Wyandotte Animal Shelter.
