Obituary of Bryan Alger Renaud

July 1, 1957 - August 5, 2018

Bryan A. Renaud Age 61 of Lansing.

Loving son of Marian and the late Glenn Renaud. Dearest brother of Denise (James) Caban, and Jason (Kelli) Renaud. Dear uncle of Rebecca Caban and Zoey Renaud. 

FAMILY TRIBUTE

Bryan Renaud was born on July 1st, 1957. He grew up in Southgate, Michigan where he graduated from Schafer High School in 1975. While in attendance, he played the French horn in the school band. Upon completion of High School, Bryan went on to attend Lawrence Tech. He enjoyed curling and volleyball. Bryan had multiple jobs throughout his life. He started his employment at a party store and finished at the State Senate with almost 30 years of service. He retired just this past March. You could ask and talk to him about anything but he would never talk about politics. He had a passion for photography, and you could always catch him with a camera in his hands. He also enjoyed anything and everything Snoopy and even had a room dedicated to Snoopy memorabilia. Family and friends would come together every Labor Day weekend and he was known for bringing a TV and dish to watch the UofM football game. He basically would feed the entire campsite with his milk can stew. He was a wonderful IT man. Family and friends would always bring their electronics for him to debug. For the last 35+ years, he would attend the Kentucky Derby while visiting lifelong friends. He really enjoyed attending mass and singing every song. He enjoyed learning about Jesus and God. He was very shy and quiet, but one of the kindest people you would ever meet.  

Bryan had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He will be loved and missed by many.
