Merriel V. McHenry. Age 89 of Woodhaven, currently of Wellington, Ohio.
Merriel went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2018 peacefully in the Elms Assisted Living. She was a resident of Woodhaven for 45 years. Merriel was active in Woodhaven Baptist Church. She also served as a Majorette Advisor at Woodhaven High School. Merriel did private duty nursing for a number of years. Beloved wife of the late Bob McHenry. Loving mother of Delores (Peter) Avery, Sandra (Jeffrey) Hood and Billie Jo (David) Woods. Dearest grandmother of Peter (Connie) Avery, Melissa (Kyle) Roberts, Kendra (Mike) Prindle, Joshua Hood, Ethan (Dana) Hood, Matthew Rhoades and Emily Rhoades. Dear great grandmother of Roxanne Avery, Lydia Roberts, Hannah Roberts, Addison Prindle, Melayna Prindle, Kaitlynn Prindle and MacKenzie Hood. Great great grandmother of Cambria, Morgan and Liam. Preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
