Beloved husband of the late Victoria Byers. Loving father of Zackie H. (Amy) Byers, Jr., Joe (Sally) Athan and Chuck (Roma) Athan. Dearest grandfather of Zackie C. (Karlee) Byers III, Melissa (Shane) O’Neill, Harley Athan and Laura Athan. Dear brother of Robert Byers. Preceded in death by son George Athan, parents Herbert and Goldie Byers and 11 siblings.
