Obituary of Joseph Sebok
March 11, 1939 - July 17, 2024
Joseph R. Sebok. Age 85 of Canadian Lakes.
Beloved husband of the late Sharon Sebok. Loving father of Dr. Kimberly Sebok/Strock, Juliann (Dave Marsh) Patton, and Martin (Beth) Sebok. Dearest grandfather of Mara, Erich, Brandyn, Justin (Maddie), Robert, Megan, Nick, Shannon, and Eric. Great grandfather of Kylie and Colson.
Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Mary Sebok.
Joseph was a proud graduate of Michigan State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He served in the Army from 1964 to 1967. He worked for Chysler as an Executive for Advanced Power - Train Division, and eventually retired after more than 30 years with the company. He was very active in the Canadian Lakes community, serving on several boards and committees. He was a friend to all who knew him, and a stranger to no one. His family and friends will miss him greatly.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue Coalition of Mecosta County.
