Bill Howell. Age 83 of Lincoln Park.
Beloved husband of the late Joan. Loving father of Robyn (Teddy) Clevinger. Dearest grandfather of Bryan, Ray, Amber, Cole and Brett. Great grandfather of Savannah Raé, Wyatt and Bailee. Preceded in death by his sister Roweina White.
Bill was passionate about hunting and fishing. He was also a longtime member of the Lincoln Bowmen Archery Club.
