Obituary of Michael B. Johnson
July 15, 1943 - May 30, 2024
Michael B. Johnson. Age 80 of Woodhaven.
Michael went to be with our Lord on May 30, 2024. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 58 years Faye A. Lassen Johnson. He is preceded in death by his parents Bernard and Geneva Johnson. Michael was deeply loved by his four children; Rochelle (Joseph) Wilczewski, Douglas Johnson, Samantha Johnson and Jason Johnson. Michael was the proud Papa to Mikala, Andrew and Jovani Wilczewski, Alexandra (Nelson) Jones, Samuel Johnson, Paige (Dhillon) Loghry, Jacob (Tessa) Johnson, Bishop Johnson Isler, Lauren and Bryce Johnson. He was also blessed to have four great grandchildren.
Michael and Faye were longtime members of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Lewiston, Michigan.
Michael was a proud member of Pipefitters Local 636, a die-hard hockey fan, an avid outdoorsman and golf enthusiast. He enjoyed his retirement years in his dream log cabin home on Garland golf resort and had several opportunities to be a snowbird in Florida.
Memorial contributions are appreciated to University of Michigan Ronald Weiser Center for Prostate Cancer.
Cremation will take place at The On-Site Crematory, located within Molnar Funeral Homes - Brownstown Chapel.
