Family Tribute
Frank was born in Detroit Michigan, November 10, 1948 to James and Genevieve Haggerty. He attended Saint Vincent High School in Detroit and went on to hold various positions with Wayne County.
Frank was an avid bowler and competed in a league for many years. He enjoyed crossword puzzles and the outdoors, especially fishing. He would take a two week trip each year to fish. Frank was extremely fashionable, through the years you would find him dressed to the nines, in a suit, hat and snazzy shoes.
Frank was quick witted, wise and always there when you needed him. He will be remembered for being thoughtful, generous and loving.
