Family Tribute
Ed attended grade school, high school, and graduated from Elston high school. Attended college for a year but left to pursue a 40 plus year career in the restaurant field. He loved working with people and loved being out in the field.
He was a swimmer as a young teen and always enjoyed the sun and water. Loved boating and loved the beach. Loved to sunbathe!!
He loved working on his lawn and planting his flower beds.
He made many friends throughout his life, one he was very close to considered him a brother from another mother - Don Wisner. They spoke every sunday morning on the phone for many, many years.
He was very proud of his 3 children. He always said we were very blessed.
Through his children, Heather, Adrian, and Adam, he was given his beautiful precious grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved them dearly and always enjoyed spending time with them.
Ed was a special guy. He could be outspoken for sure. If you didn’t do things to his liking, he would be the first to let ya know!! We always expected that of him!!
He loved his son-in-law and his daughter-in-laws like his own. He loved and had a very special relationship with his mom - (the Coach)!!
He was a reader of books. Loved a good book and has quite a library.
He was a Mr. Fix-it. If we could break it, most likely he could fix it. He loved his tools, even if they weren’t used.
I feel he would like us to remember him as someone who loved deeply, who was proud of his achievements in life, and someone we will hold forever in our hearts.
