Loving mother of Chad Nipper and Robert (Paige) Nipper. Dearest grandmother of Sophie Rose Nipper and Sebastian Robert Nipper. Dear sister of DeLaina (Justin) Sims, Gary Nipper, Catherine Latryce Lyons, and Robbie (Yira) Lyons. Daughter of the late Jack C. Nipper, the late Tromanda Nipper (Robert Lyons.) Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
