Chelsea Camille Collins. Age 20 of Allen Park. Beloved daughter of the late Cathleen Osborne, William Collins and Mike Mullenax. Dear sister of Juanita Collins (Kyle), William Collins II and Cully Jon Mullenax. Dearest granddaughter of Constance Osborne and the late Cecil Osborne, Jr. Also survived by uncles Don Broome, Jr. and Cecil Osborne III, cousins, Broome- Steven, James, Jessica (Villalobos), Michael, Donnie, Tyler, Justin, Shane and Kenny Keefer and the entire Madera family.
