George August Lave Jr. Age 84 of Wyandotte.
George August Lave Jr. was born January 9, 1937 in Wyandotte, MI to George August Lave Sr. and Alice Rose Langdon. He lived his entire life at the home his parents built on Pine Street, except for the few years in the Army when he was stationed in Augsburg, Germany. He was part of the convoy that was sent to the Berlin Wall.
George is survived by his brother James (Diana) of Grosse Ile, niece Denise (Robert) Camilleri, nephew David Lave and niece Jennifer Stanko-Herge. Also survived by great niece Brittany Stanko and great nephews Nicholas Camilleri, Zachary Camilleri and Evan Herge.
George passed away at his lifelong home on August 14, 2021 after being under hospice care for 6 weeks. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and many wonderful caring friends.
