Obituary of Charles R. Fraley
August 19, 1944 – December 24, 2020
Charles R. Fraley. Age 76 of Riverview.
Beloved husband of the late Nancy Fraley. Loving father of the late Charles Fraley, Sam Fraley, Rita (Ron) Wetherell and Mark Fraley. Dearest grandfather of Alexis Fraley, Concetta Fraley, Emilia Fraley, Jake Wetherell, Jordan Wetherell, Nicholas Wetherell and Dominic Fraley. Dear brother of John Fraley.
Family Tribute
Before you lies a man of great compassion, extreme generosity, and impossible optimism. One might never know he was orphaned as a young boy, worked two or three jobs at times to support his family, or quietly volunteered his time and donations to those less fortunate than he.
He lived for his family, not himself. He was happiest when others around him were smiling and well fed. The word “No” wasn’t in his vocabulary when it came to asking him for a favor ... big or small, a generous hand-out, or a shoulder to cry on.
The sun always shined in his world. Things were always going to be ok, no matter how grim or if only he believed it. He inspired many, he’s helped even more, and he always made sure that those around him were to be better off than he was and struggle much less. A friend to many, a father to 4, a grandfather to 7, a husband and life partner to 1. And a true one in a million to the human race.
We love and will miss Dad, Papa, Charlie, and will never forget the great man and person you were and the lives you’ve touched. God Bless You. You are now together with and in the arms of Mom and your dear son Chuck.
In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Orders - The Molnar Funeral Homes is following and observing the 25 person cap on funeral attendance at one time.
