Jane M. Kujat. Age 69 of Jacksonville, FL.
Beloved wife of the late Donald Kujat. Loving mother of Sheryl (Thomas) Affholter, stepmother of Kathy (Larry) Cain, Donald (Denise) Kujat and James (Tonya) Kujat. Dearest grandmother of Ethan, Zachary, Carley, Albreanne, Jacob, Marissa, Amanda, Shelby, Rylee, Dalton and Chloe. Dear sister of John ‘Kip’ (Cheryl) Grabowski, Laura (Brian) Rodak and the late Michael Grabowski. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Cremation will take place at The On-Site Crematory located within the Molnar Funeral Homes - Brownstown Chapel.
