Obituary of Anthony C. Tombrillo
March 4, 1961 – November 3, 2020
Anthony C. Tombrillo. Age 59 of Wyandotte.
Anthony Charles Tombrillo was such a compassionate, loving, giving man that gave of himself freely to his family and friends, and anyone that he met along the way. He made every attempt to live life fully. Tony was born on March 4, 1961 and he left this earth on November 3, 2020 after a swift but daunting battle with COVID-19.
Tony is survived by his mother and step-father, Sandy Childers and Ernie Childers, his father and step-mother, Tony Tombrillo, Sr. and Norma Tombrillo, brother John Tombrillo (Barbara), Sister Heather Okas (Andy), brother Chris Childers (Andrea), daughter Marie Sauve (Russ), sister Colleen Allen, nieces and nephews Shawn Allen, Austin Tombrillo, Brooke Woolery, Joey Allen, Alexis Okas, Noah Okas, and Nesta Childers, and grandchildren Jackson, Olivia and Nola Suave. Tony was predeceased by his son, Anthony Tombrillo, in 1993.
Those that knew Tony loved him. They loved him for his spirit, his kindness, his love and his citizenship for the betterment of mankind.
Cremation will take place at The On-Site Crematory located within the Molnar Funeral Homes - Brownstown Chapel.
Due to the pandemic, a celebration of Tony’s life will take place when it is safe for all of us to gather.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the IPF Foundation toward their research and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
