Beloved husband of the late Elsie. Loving father of the late Jimmie R. Jenkins and Tim (Sue) Jenkins. Dearest grandfather of Jimmie Jenkins, Amy (Nico) Fernandez and Linzy Jenkins. Dear brother of Art Tracy and Mary Lou Sullivan.
