Beloved husband of Helen Higgins. Loving father of Meghan (Jason) Sawyer and Aaron (Kristine) Higgins. Dearest grandfather of Jaxon Sawyer, Avery Sawyer, Ella Higgins and Justin Clifton. Dear brother of Betty Jean Sawicki, Douglas Higgins and the late John Higgins III. He was also preceded in death by parents John and Betty Higgins.
