Eleanor Molla. Age 92 of Southgate.
Beloved wife of the late Louis. Loving mother of Mary Frances McKinney, Jacquelyn Molla and the late Angela Hicks-Grabowski. Dearest grandmother of Louis (Hailey) Hicks. Also survived by her sister in law; Beverly Haky, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Jack and Katherine Haky, and sisters and brothers; Mary Haky, Pauline Haky, Katharine (John) Kormendi, Pauline (William) Reed, Veronica (Michael) Russo, Sophie (Bob) Chambers, Andrew (Pauline) Haky, Victoria (Ed) Szweczyk and Joe Haky.
Eleanor worked at Ford Motor Company, where she developed wonderful, life-long friendships. Known to many as Grammy or Aunt El, she treated everyone like family and was always happy to chat, play a game of cards, or provide a meal from one of her wonderful recipes. She loved to travel, whether it was a couple hours to visit a relative or across the globe to explore a new place, and was always eager to hear live music on a night out.

Our History
John Molnar, Sr. opened the Detroit Hungarian Funeral Home, now the Molnar Funeral Homes, in 1923. The funeral home began in his home until relocating across the street to it's Delray location at 8623 Dearborn Avenue, in 1936. He had a strong work ethic and believed that you should never stop learning...
