Family Tribute ~
Teresa Lynn Woodrum was born in Trenton, Michigan to William B. Jr. and Verniece Holbrook. Graduated valedictorian of Airport High School in 1988. Went on to attend Eastern Michigan University, obtaining a Bachelors in Professional Chemistry in 1992. She then continued her studies at the University of Michigan, obtaining her Masters in Chemistry in 1994. Teresa has proudly been an analytical chemist with BASF for over 30 years.
Teresa's faith was strong. She was a long time member with Flat Rock Church of Christ and you would often find her reading her Bible.
She was an avid traveler, visiting many of the national parks, Hawaii, Alaska and Italy. Her hobbies included crocheting, sewing (often making homemade gifts for the family) and swimming. When she was not reading the Bible, she enjoyed reading novels including Stephen King. Teresa was passionate about animals, especially her childhood horse Star Jupiter and the family dog Maggie.
Nothing compared to her family. On May 25, 1991, Teresa married the love of her life and highschool sweetheart Tony Woodrum. Together they had Jessica and Heather. In return Teresa’s daughters gave Teresa her greatest blessings, her grandchildren Scarlett Lynn and Atlas Jon.
Teresa is known for her sassy, silly, but especially kind, patient and gentle personality. She will be missed by all who knew her.
